ASUP, Inc. Board Members

My name is Bill Lauer, a member since 2008 and I’m proud to oversee ASUP, INC.. I have been involved in the paranormal since I was young boy when I saw my first spirit. I also had many more experiences through my childhood but most significantly was being visited 4 times by my departed grandfather. As I grew older I had a deep down interest to further understand what occurs after we leave the physical world. It is with that passion and dedication to finding solid scientific proof of the existence of life after death that drives me and my team. We approach every case from the side of our client to help them understand, cope or deal with things occurring in their life. Anything we present to our clients goes through a rigorous amount of review and analysis, and is supported with solid facts and supporting documentation. I have lived in Texas for over 20 years and during that time I had the distinct pleasure of being mentored by ASUP, INC. founder Rick Moran. So that one day I would be able to fill his role and ensure ASUP, INC. continues the work and research started by Rick back in 1973. During that time I have held many roles in ASUP, INC. from investigator to my current role as ASUP Director. We are a team you can place your trust in and widely respected throughout the World of paranormal research and proud member of the TAPS family.

My name is N’tash and I am the Sr. Director, Investigations for ASUP, INC. I have been interested in the paranormal since I was a little girl and was excited to finally meet a group of people that share my passion. By day, I am a high school special education teacher with a Master’s in Special Education. But my 24/7 job is being a wife, mother and grandmother.  My son and daughter in-law are also paranormal investigators.

My name is Lacey Booth. I have been with ASUP Inc. since 2007. I had the privilege to be mentored by the great Rick Moran. I have had a special love for the paranormal since I was a little girl. I had my first experience at about 6 years old and have been pursuing my interest in this field since then. I live in Houston and have 4 amazing children. I have been married for 19 years. In my spare time I enjoy taking the Harley out on county rides and hanging at Surfside beach with my family.

My name is Stacy Hemenway and I serve as the Secretary for ASUP.  I have worked with ASUP since 2009, but I have always had an interest in the mysterious and unknown.  I have worked as a history teacher for 10 years. I received my B.S. History and M.A. in Education from Texas Woman’s University.  I am married with 3 sons, 1 daughter, 3 dogs, and 2 cats. 

My name is Mike Saylor. I am the treasurer for ASUP, Inc. and have been into paranormal research for 5 years. I am a skeptic when it comes to paranormal events and therefore use scientific or natural methods to disprove events. As Sir Arthur Conan Doyle states – When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth. I have over my 5 years come across things that I could not explain, but was able to have supporting data to prove an anomaly had occurred or electronic voice phenomena. I also have the pleasure of having Bill Lauer as my mentor and life partner to learn more about the paranormal. I am very happy to serve on the board of ASUP, Inc.
